Le Anh is an active mentor and advisor not only to startups, but also topotential angel investors, university incubator managers and government policymakers. She was the key person who initiated the government-backed Project VSV in 2013, which catapulted the formation of a new era for startup and entrepreneurship in Vietnam. To this date, she continues working closely with the government and remains a vocal advocate for the development of advantageous policies for startups and venture investors, as well as for the adoption of innovative technologies at big corporations in Vietnam.

Previously, she spent 8 years at law firm DS Avocats Vietnam leading Administration, before founding investment andconsultation firm ATV Vietnam. Le Anh holds an MBA from University of Southern California (Marshall) and is an alumna of the Royal Academy of Engineering, United Kingdom.

In 2019, Le Anh founded VSV Foundation where she is currently Chairwoman. The organisation focuses on providing investment to impact startups and supporting other provinces in Vietnam to develop local startup ecosystems.
