Chi is in charge of the development and management of all accelerator programs at VSV Capital. Her work at the firm includes VSV Capital Flagship Program for pre-seed and seed investments, Art Cozy Accelerator Program for cultural and creative companies, and Korean government-backed Global Acceleration Program for Startups. In her role, Chi also oversees deals sourcing, due diligence and portfolio monitoring.

Chi was drawn to venture capital by the opportunity to support founders at their earliest stages. She officially joined VSV Capital in 2019, after working closely with several startups as advisor for brand strategy and intermediary to stakeholders in the creative industries, something that she continues to do to this day.

Armed with background in Consumer Research, Product Development and Brand Management, she spent over 6 years working with international and local consumer brands prior to VSV Capital. Chi graduated from University of the Arts London, United Kingdom with a B.A. with Honours in Fashion Design and Development, and a Diploma in Professional Studies.
